There is no shortage of reasons. I think I might start documenting all the royal fuckups that people think are no big deal because they saved a few dollars over quality work.

I got a Busa in here with a 240 kit on it and his buddy installed the kit for him cheap of course. He fucked up the chain offset and it hits the wheel now and has peeled all the chrome off one side and scratched the shit out of it. Good thing it's only a $2000 wheel. When bleeding the rear brake he snapped off the bleeder bolt. Good thing it's only a $400 chrome caliper. But he saved over $100 from what we would have charged him.

I gots a long list of these. I really think I am going to take some pics of this stuff. It sells itself!

Dealers make mistakes and break shit too. The ones you can trust are the ones who know they fucked up and make good for what they messed up on. Places like CCC will break your shit and then tell you it's your fault for some other totally unrelated problem
