so this protein appears to make my stool noticeably harder. hasn't caused my plumbing to back-up... yet

tastes good though. the heavy metal thing shouldn't be too much of a problem since i only take 2 scoops twice a week.

I'm still on the tuna diet. I eat Chunk light tuna which doesn't' have the mercury issue. It has a tad less protein though.

barely, a can usually packs 26g. nothin wrong with that. seeing as how youre only 130lbs, you only need 130g of protein a day to build muscle along with an increased calorie intake.
