Next year I will bring my Garmin to see what my HR is the whole day. I'm curious. For a few guys that have excellent cardio and workout regularly, Scott and I were out of breath in minutes when going through the trees. That's why most of the guys that have to race in higher altitudes live there.

Been downing water as much as I an. Sleeping is very hard for me for some reason. Had to down a vicodin last night at 3am and only caught a few hours of sleep.
