So I'm thinking of getting a cheap 70 dollar HID kit set from ebay and I have a few questions:

1. will this particular set work with my bike?
2. which bulb type should I pick i.e. H1 H7 etc..
3. what color temperature?

k thx bai

your owner's manual should have your bulb size. my guess is h7.

get 6k, it's closer to white (ie sunlight)

8k is blue

10k goes purple. if you get purple, you might as well put rainbow stickers all over your bike and helmet as well

My lights work just fine out here in the country. And you see where I ride at night!

Flounder, nothing but lubs for you.

each bulb draws 15w less from the bike. illumination is wider and farther reaching then halogen bulbs.

those are 2 distinct advantages. i don't see getting these at these cheap ass prices as something you can compare to chrome wheels.

the point is moot anyways. hammerhead had to save up to buy boots which i'm not even sure he procured yet and he still has no rear blinkers. i doubt he has spare money for these.
