My buddy Brian usually gets them for me from his friend that works for a meat packing place. Sams Club or Costco usually stocks them. A local butcher shop may or may not stock them but they should be able to order you one.
I am sick of doing briskets. I am always tired and out of it for whatever party I happen to be smoking the brisket for because I have to stay up all night to tend to the smoker. I need one of those gay ass electric ones that you just set and walk away and it does everything for you. |

A regular Weber charcoal grill will maintain temperature better and use less charcoal than the cheap little cabinet smokers from Menards. If you want to know my secrets for smoking in a Weber grill I will share them with you.
