So I did legs last night and squats for the first time in a LONGGGGGG time.
Here was my leg routine: Squats: 6,6,10,12,12 Leg Presses: 6,6,10,12,12 Lunges: 6,6,10,12,12 Leg extensions: 12,12 Leg curls: 12,12 Calf Raises 15,15 I couldn't walk up or down the stairs last night or this morning. I don't have the leg energy to bend over to sit on the toilet seat to drop a deuce.
Does it gonna get better?!?!

instead of lifting weights right away you should start running to train and build those muscles up also bulid up your endurance.

I slept great actually... knocked out like a baby. I had issues at around 4 am getting off my bed to go take a leak. My legs are DEAD. I think i'm outta commission for another day or two.
They aren't sore yet, but they are dead, no energy whatsoever. I'd rather be sore and able to fuggen walk. |

Yes. I'm sure somewhere in your guide it will tell you that you need to be at a certain baseline of physical fitness before you start.
Your muscles will develop quicker than your joints, so just remember that before upping your weights. Give yourself a YEAR to get into the shape you wanna be in. |

I stretch after working out, or after my muscles are warmed up.

Yeah I know stretching cold muscles is bad. I usually only stretch after doing light cardio to warm up and after major cardio sessions.
