so i sanded and polished yesterday. still have to go back and sand/polish areas that i didn't do so good on.

couple of things to note:
1) 3M abrasive compound + wool pad + 3M swirl mark remover + polishing pad + hookit disc + adapter = expensive shiet
2) sanding clear to get rid of orange peel takes a lot of patience
3) 3M polish really does bring back the shine from sanding
4) ALWAYS buff towards an edge. do not start at edge and buff onto fairings. otherwise, said fairing will fling across the room
