Back on topic. There are so many fat people because we live in Chicago. Move out west and you will see the opposite.

The highest concentration of fatties I have ever seen is down south. Again I am not talking about 10-50 lbs or even 100 lbs overweight.
I am talking about morbidly obese people who can barely walk and break in a sweat tying to breathe. Southerners love their fried foods with lots of sugar, lard and butter. |

Well on the flip side I have to say WTF on fat men as well, some of it is genetic but most of it is diet. Not sure about why people like to eat so dam much but I am all for the people that are happy with themselves ya know a personality will go a very long way!

I used to be fat. I'm still thick, not fat but solid. I want to lose 15 more pounds, and let me tell you I am busting my ass to do it. It's damn hard work, but worth every second of it. I can't wait to have a smokin' hot body.

I have lost 20 pounds in the last three weeks. I weigh 211.5 I would be pleased if I could maintain 200.

Wow, 20 lbs in 3 weeks is a little under 7 lbs a week which equates to ~24000 calories a week or 1 lbs a day. Assuming your BMR is 2000 calories a day and you are consuming 1500 calories, you must be working out 3 hours a day (at a rate of 1 kcal per hour) or working out 1.5 hours a day and not eating anything. That can't be healthy. This message was edited 2 times. Last update was at 05/21/2008 02:19:49 PM |

Damn i've regressed, I went to Pita House for lunch with a buddy and pounded down a beef combo. Hell, I even ate the Pitas that came with it.
Looks like I'm just having yogurt for dinner! |

I pull the same crap when I need to squeeze in my track suit. Lettuce and grilled chicken FTW

When I was hardcore, back in the day, all I ate was chicken... chicken breast this chicken breast that. Cottage cheese, Chicken Breast, Tuna, whole wheat bread, brown rice, and an ass ton of fruits.
I'm dreading the inevitable. Damn it, the things I do to look hot.
