Buncha haters... I know what it takes to lose weight. I use to be a gross 228 lbs and then lost about 48 lbs to get to 180. Now i'm back at around 195 but trust me... I know what type of committment and dedication it takes.

When you can lose that much weight, then come back to me and we'll discuss dedication. We're not talking about going to the gym and screwing around with some dumbbells for 40 mins a day. In my hey day, I would put you to shame in the gym.

I can still run a solid 5 miles easily. Rob, wanna run with me?

My point is, it was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do in my life. 48 lbs is a lot of weight. I have the knowledge, willpower, and drive to do it again if I have to.

48lbs aint shit. I lost 53lbs at age 34 and haven't put a single lb back on since then and I even quit smoking. To be honest with you the weight just fell off when I stopped being a pig.
