I also have a spare room and basement. Both furnished, the place is less than four years old. Not to mention a hot tub, large vanity with makeup lighting, and a bunch of lighting crap for filming.

We need a static place with at least one room dedicated as the studio with lights and furnishings. It needs to look legit to get things rolling.

That will work too. This here is the problem gentlemen as I have researched this substantially.

All the good very hot looking girls get contracted out by World Modeling and the like. Unless you know some young dumb bitch trying to break into the business, it won't be cheap to get good talent. And even if you did, it won't be long before the big studios steal her away from us. So the only way to be successful is to make niche pr0n.
