not that you would have done it in the last ten years rob but you go through just as much hassel talking to people who aren't even available.

There is of course desperate people there but hell there is a lot of desperate fuckers in the bar drinking away their last significant other.

I did the hotornot.com thing and a couple others back in 2003-2004, got an incredible amount of trim from some pretty smoking hot girls too but you have to weed through some bad ones as well.

Let me say this too, hopefully without incriminating myself too much, when you date girls you meet through the interwebs, ask for a photo ID with a birthdate BEFORE you fuck them (TRUST ME ON THIS!).

Expect to have a good number of fatties who are also boring as fuck. I have nothing against fat chicks as long as they're interesting, lots of boring losers online.

If the first date ends up back at your place, DO NOT get so drunk that you pass out and leave her with access to your belongings.


On the upside, I did "meet" a lot of nice and pretty cool people, many of whom I still talk to.

I've never tried it, but have been thinking about it lately. I meet all the girls I date at bars and clubs, which I know 99% of the time doesn't work. It normally lasts for a month or two and then I realize I'm wasting my time.

My cousin met his wife on match.com, and they just got married last weekend. It was kinda cool how they met too. She lived in Seattle and works for an airline that flies to Alaska, but still gets to fly everywhere for free. They talked for awhile, and she wanted to meet him but doesn't trust many guys so she hopped on a free flight and surprised him one afternoon at his house. That way if there was a wife/kids/girlfriend she didn't know about there's a pretty good chance she'd see something. Kinda cool if you ask me, and definately ballsy!!!
