I don't remember anything after I took that shot with Erwin at the bar outside. I shit you not I don't remember the fight, the car ride to Cubby Bear or any of it. All I remeber is my girlfriend screaming at me to get the fuck up so we could go inside the apartment. She said she was screaming at me for 30 mins. I didn't hear shit.

No a lot of people don't know that. I even talked to Nicole who called her sheriff friend, and he also said NEVER blow. It's all a mind game. If you are wasted and completely fucked up, then you're screwed. But in your situation, like you said you didn't even feel buzzed. He can't charge you with anything, just probable cause or some shit like that. Then they'll ask you again at the station... if you deny there, then they are forced to draw blood.
But it's ok.. now you know.

suburb cops now scare me, I'm watching it from now on. even when I go to the city now. good thing my parents live in skokie.

actually, your bac level rises even if you've stopped consuming alcohol. mine went from a .098 to .1 in a span of 2 hours.
between blowing and not blowing. blowing - in and out of court. not blowing - longer court time = more court fees, and theres still a good poss of being guilty. again, sorry to hear thhat shit. its a pain in the arse.. be preparedto spend 5gs. lastly, u gys are fookin cracy. |
