Nice. Perhaps I can bring my bike over if I can get it running right.

Sorry, it's not in the rib budget this week to feed a starving Cambo. I have to plan out a small 2wc BBQ in the near future. I can only do about 10 slabs at once so it will be a very exclusive party.

Watch Menards for the CharGriller smoker with the side fire box to go on sale. Just don't be a pussy and buy a pussy ass electric vagina smoker.

If you only plan on doing one brisket or a couple slabs of ribs at a time, a regular old Weber grill works fantastic as a smoker and uses less fuel too. I did a big ass brisket on mine and it held a perfect 225 degrees for about 13 hours and I only had to open it up to add charcoal and smoke wood 3 or 4 times.

Lemme know when you're ready to try it and I'll give you a detailed explaination of the method I use. It will only require you to peel off about $8 from your CamboJew stack for a grill thermometer.

I just picked up a chimney starter, thermometer, charcoal and some mesquite wood. I'm going to take a crack at smoking some ribs on my Weber grill tomorrow afternoon.
