i think working out is even beyond a motivated cambodian.
2000 people at the half Ironman last weekend might prove you different. Just because there are many lazy people out there does not justify your blanket statement. I demand an apology!

and reparations!

I am doing this as well. For the last week and a have I have been on a strict salad, fruit, grilled chicken diet. As I have to have my weight down for skidiving on 8/7/10. I feel like a damn wrestler . Anyway, it is working as I have already lost 11 lbs. I still have a killer craving for pizza and double chocolate cake

the whole idea is to exercise enough so that you can eat anything you want. What exercising also does is it guilt trips you into not eating anything terrible. It's a good system.

I workout enough to make sure I offset what I eat that is junk. I'd rather eat what I want and exercise it off than have to watch what I eat. Much rather. About a hundred times rather. Diets are for lazy people. (as I stuff M&Ms into my mouth right now)

Day one completed. Did tris, bis, pull ups, push ups and a bit of cardio. Hit the pool a bit, sauna, shower and I feel like a million bucks. I just need to keep this up.

I know right , but I read it had more to do with their harness straps fitting you properly than the weight itself. Similar to fat people who can't get on rides at Six Flags.
