The result - broken bodies strewn across the court. We were brilliant in a 3 for 3 sweep of our worthy opponents claiming bragging rights during future gathers for years to come.

Ever since I started training for the half marathon a few months ago, my bicep tendons have been acting up. A month ago, I did some Taebo exercise where you raise a bar in front of your body and royally jacked the left one and cramped up my neck muscles for weeks. Now, after a little competitive game of volleyball, I can't even raise my arms. I'm getting old!
