What happens when you get sick from drinking the water in Mexico. Are we talking projectile vomiting? Or just the shits?

When I went to Cancun I told myself I wasn't going to drink the water. It turns out I asked for ice with my can of coke. My dumbass chewed on the ice............. all I have to say is I was HURTING
