sorry, haven't been on much at all since last update. i took a look last night and the os time is correct. the db time runs off of the os time so that's not the problem either. i think the jdk has a messed up version for the new dst. i may have to upgrade the jdk which would involve bringing the server down for about 20 minutes; could be much longer if i foof it up...

Does it really matter? It'll resolve itself in a few more days, when we actually DO switch over to DST.

No worries... you confused me because I took the last few days off of work and am still out of it, and we have a whole bunch of reporting jobs scheduled for both US, Europe, and Asia. When the US adopted the revised DST standards, we had to tweak first our non-US jobs then the US jobs, which is the only reason why I knew DST expires this weekend. Pain in the ass...
