Nick you missed Ken by about 20 min. He showed up right after you left. Ken, sorry we didn't get to say farewell when we left. We waited a bit but you guys were gone forever! My ribs started hurting pretty good at around 2:30 so we did one more session in the sand track and called it a day. I hope your girl is okay.

Yeah we were tearing up the clay track for awhile. We kept switching between bikes, and when I was on the TTR I felt like I was beating the crap out of it, bottoming out every jump. Yeah she is fine and wants to go back this Sunday. Might do it all again this week. Can't believe you were doing the sand track with your ribs the whole time. No pain no gain!
