I probably wouldn't be able to do over 200 right now I bet. Shit, I only workout with 135, and if I get crazy I might throw on a 10 or 2 on each side. It's hard to go big at 5am by yourself. Cyclists can't lift shit anyways. I can almost incline more than I can bench too. Weird. Let's have a cranium crusher contest. I'll win that. Maybe the curling too. Those are my favorites. Bench sucks.

yeah those are killer. That shit makes my upper tricep area burn for days. Big tris= big bulging biceps. It's even better with dumbbells.

I use the 80 pound bar and do 3 sets of 10. Most of the big dudes in there are doing like half that.
