Do you start your tri exercise with skull crushers? I would do that shit either second or last and it would fucking kill me to 25lbs each hand.![]() On my bi/tri day, I start with preacher curls with 75 pound bar, 3 sets of 10, and last set standing, and alternate with crushers in between sets. After that I alternate with tri pushdowns, and dumbbell curls on preacher at 35 lbs. |

That would be a good start.
45 minutes weights, 45 minutes spin, 15 minutes abs, 3 mile run this morning. Tomorrow 2 mile swim and 10 mile run. Pick it up a notch.

Chicago Performance wrote:How do you get a headwind in the forest? ![]() man it wasn't in the forest. We rode the entire lake front bike path all the way to the end at 71st and exchange and then back home. That was 43 miles according to my computer. Getting there was easy but coming back, you were basically fighting the entire way home. I averaged 19mph there and 13mph back. Aaron was a bit faster on the way back. |

I can't imagine the wear and tear that causes on the body. That and if he ever stops working out, he'd turn into Fish.

Let me know when you want to go. If I take you in and you sign up, I get a $50 credit I can use for a PT or some other stuff. That and we can go check out the hot Asian chick with the nice rack.
I am sure she will give us some vouchers for free food as well. |

I only lift maybe twice a week, and not to make gains, just to keep some strength.

The daily training I do is probably good, but doing Ironmans and marathons and crap like that does not seem healthy at all.
Lifetime is good, I was a member there when I lived in Bartlett. A little expensive, but you get what you pay for. They have good shop towels too I heard.
