look at this thing. it says it can be tuned to go 60mph. not sure i'd want to go that fast on a scoot, but funny nonetheless.

yeah, the pink is funny. i'm not much of a pink person, but for something as cheesy as an 80's scooter, it almost seems appropriate.

I remember flourescent colors being popular inthe 80's
I mightve bought it if it was in flourescent yellow or orange then I would've rode it around with my sleeves rolled up on my jacket and my jeans tuck/folded.

I got it at a Yahama dealership in Lockport. Dave must have called 30 dealships getting out the door prices. This guy was $250-$300 cheaper then everyone else. He was below MSRP, and they were super nice, no pressure. I found him here:
http://chicago.craigslist.org/sox/mcy/704921103.html Mike was my sales guy. |

I guy on my block has one of these. He bought the 50cc model and upgraded the engine to 150cc motor. It sounds and looks pretty cool. |

Wow $1,900 new, that price is very attractive to me. It's only a matter of time before I get one or something like that to tool around the city.

Yeah, I was tempted tp put one on credit card, but working part-time doesn't cut it 'money wise'. I guess I could sell the cbr and get 2 of the 50cc and upgrade the engine to 150cc.
