Any plans yet on when we're leaving/returning? And a list of who's going?

Me and Tommy went there a week ago Sunday from Joliet, and it was bad weather and we still got there in 2:45. Where's a central spot we can meet? I'd like to get there early so we have as much daylight as possible. I can hold at least 2 people and gear in my car, maybe 3 (including me). I dont' mind driving, as long as whoever I ride with pitches in for gas.

+1 on organizing your own rides/carpools. it would be a giant clusterfuck if we all tried to meet somewhere and caravan it up.

That's cool, and I definately agree. If I can ride with somebody or if somebody wants to ride with me let me know. I just don't want to drive alone!

It would be tough to get this big group together on time. It might not be that bad if weather is good that day, if it is shitty you can forget about it. It is also harder because people have to mount all this snow gear and clothes. Then there is someone there that has to have breakfast at McDonalds and you are looking at 1hr + delays . I found it easier for people to get there when they can and text you to meet them at a certain spot. It's so much easier with bikes than snowboards . It probably has something to do with bikes being nimble and super quick .

Ron, wanna drive me and you again? I got a 20 spot wif your name on it and lunch I'm afraid to drive my junker Accord, which needs new tires up there. Or maybe we can hop in with Josh

A few energy drinks and 7 hrs of sleep the night before should prep me for it. You got to learn how to drive a manual my friend . I have been to WI so many times in the past few weeks I should take residence up there .

Put krispy kreme donut glaze on the shifter and he'll be shortshifting in no time.

I'm still working on this, since i do want to attend and learn to board and how to be a fagball.
