Good times last night. I almost didn't make it as I was at a friends house before hand. YEah the ride from G&J to the city was pretty good. I love holding the throttle wide open for 20 min straight We also need to talk about where we are meeting when we leave. About 6 of us where waiting at wacker north for about 30 min thinking man I know it can't take that long to get here.


So who is up for riding tonight after the Bike night at Saftey First Racing??? I love not working on second shift. Since I have been on first shift (since last monday) I have put on 1500 miles on the new Ducati. I am lovin the summer so far. Hopefully it keeps going in that direction.

Yes, I know, I ride like an idiot sometimes. I did take it down a notch last night as opposed to the Sunday ride. I will take it down another notch as more rides are under my belt. I'm so use to riding solo and doing whatever the fak I want, plus my ADD kicks in and I veer away from the group to do my own thing.

I understand that my riding, as of late, has been annoying some folks and will try my best to hone my group riding skillz. Please bare with me as I increase my learning curve. Thank you for caring everyone

Shelly what where the nmaes and screen names of the 2 guys that rode up to upper wacker last night. One was on a red and black CBR 1000 RR and the other was on a GSXR I think.

Frankie was on the red 1000rr...he is not on this board or CLSB but the "other" board I'll tell him about this one though...he usually signs up under FrankdaTank

And Tommy was the guy on the 600rr...he is Icecold81 on CLSB, I told him about this board too

Last night was freaking awesome! First time riding in the city and it was kick ass. Thanks so much Ken for keeping an eye on me and making sure I was still with ya. Nice to see ya and talk to ya Steve!

Unfortunately my ride home wasn't quite as great. I became a Lexus sandwich. Long story short, I ended up getting smooshed between two cars, both Lexus', as they were trying to merge into my lane and I ricocheted off the two of them. I got super lucky and my bike ended up with a few scratches and I'm basically fine. My shoulder and hip hurt and I have a lot of soreness in my right wrist and my neck but no biggie as I was able to ride today. Both cars got ticketed for failure to avoid an accident and I believe improper lane usage or improper lane change or something like that and both cars had way more damage than my bike. Not quite sure how I got that lucky because I thought it was going to be way worse than it was.

So where are we riding to tonight???
