I recommend you don't blow, but just so you all know, if you don't blow you get an automatic one year suspension. And it is a seperate charge from the DUI, so even if you don't get convicted of the DUI, you will get the statutory suspension. The state will not drop the charge 99% of the time, but the village will, so you need a good attorney.
And $5k would be cheap DUI. You will need at least $8-10k for everything. Start your classes now while you still have a license. And get them done BEFORE you go to court. And I heard G2G was the most calm person there that night.
