i bought some at 65% off. i guess the arsenic/cadmium report caused the low price

i am curious to see if the additional protein helps build lean muscle moreso then a standard diet

it definately will. A few of my stupid ass friends buy all kinds of that protein mix shit and are built like fucking tanks. I think one of em actually got some roid action going on because he's just way too fucking big for it to be natural.

This is from the EPA's website. I guess I will be switching to canned light tuna. I was eating 5+ cans of albacore tuna a week. I'm going to be a mutant.

By following these three recommendations for selecting and eating fish or shellfish, women and young children will receive the benefits of eating fish and shellfish and be confident that they have reduced their exposure to the harmful effects of mercury.

1. Do not eat Shark, Swordfish, King Mackerel, or Tilefish because they contain high levels of mercury.
2. Eat up to 12 ounces (2 average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury.
* Five of the most commonly eaten fish that are low in mercury are shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock, and catfish.
* Another commonly eaten fish, albacore ("white") tuna has more mercury than canned light tuna. So, when choosing your two meals of fish and shellfish, you may eat up to 6 ounces (one average meal) of albacore tuna per week.
3. Check local advisories about the safety of fish caught by family and friends in your local lakes, rivers, and coastal areas. If no advice is available, eat up to 6 ounces (one average meal) per week of fish you catch from local waters, but don't consume any other fish during that week.

If I did the math correctly, I can still eat up to 12 cans of albacore tuna a week. I'll just switch to canned light tuna from now on.

My math is wrong. For some reason I thought a can was 9/10 of an ounce. 1 small can is 3 ounces. So the limit is 4 cans a week.

Its different when you're 135 vs someone like me whose 6'2 210lb. Intake levels are lower for you where I can eat more cans.

I'm 145 lbs sucka. And it's not based on weight but how fast you body can get rid of the mercury from your body. Fatties tend to hold on to toxins longer than skinny people.
