They don't advertise it, but it's a pretty good deal.

I lift about the same...usually once, maybe twice a week at most, but heavy weight and low reps usually works better for maintaining strength while going through all the other cardio hell.

Yeah probably, I just can't bring myself to try that hard at 5am with no spot. I just do what I know I can do and get it over with.

I should have stayed home on Friday. Was feeling a bit down before I left. Only got in 35 minutes of working out and I was beat as I was having trouble breathing. Had to cut it short and hit the hot tub.

Took Saturday off and felt very good today. Got in the full hour working abs, tris, chest and back. Will switch it up to legs, bis and shoulders tomorrow.

I don't know if it's the leg exercises or the 2 days of working out in a row but yesterday after bicep curls and some leg exercises I was ready to pass out after a half hour. I may try to switch it up and do 1 day on and 1 day off. Or maybe 1 day lift, 1 day cardio only and then 1 day off. Getting fit ain't easy.

The transformation from slug to stud is longer than 3 sessions. Be patient.

I got that part. I am just trying to figure out what the best workout strategy for me will be. 2 days on 1 off or 1 on and 1 off.

Whatever doesn't make you quit in a month. That is the basis for most people not achieving their goals, not the plan they choose. I rarely lift two days in a row.

I won't be quitting anytime soon. I just don't want to injure myself. I'm going to introduce more cardio into my workout.

I was fine on Sunday after resting on Saturday. Monday I was about to pass out after 30 minutes. Going to rest today and start again on Wednesday.
