I dropped the weight yesterday. Did a set of 10 at 135, 8 and 7 at 155lbs so I decided to go 175lbs again. Did 2 reps cleanly and attempted a third. FAIL! No one was round or noticed, at least I don't think.

Yeah, flat benched. Dropped it on my chest and then it fell to the right. The weight fell off on the right side and I was able to get out unscathed.

I don't have a weak shoulder. It just hurts like hell when I do any pressing moves. I was still putting up 225lbs with a fucked up shoulder. I can still do it. I just decided to get it worked on so I don't cause irreparable damage.
