It depends. If you ride a lot and will need lots of parts, the CBR. Otherwise, be unique and get the 675

Im also leaning on 675. Just to be different and unique. You barely see one on the road but (like chiefbd said) the downside is when you crash you have to pay the retail price for parts while cbr you can always buy cheap on ebay. Also the 675 has aluminum tank while cbr has plastic cover where you can buy cheap and easily replace.

Value wise, I would get the 07 600RR. Cheaper to maintain and repair. The bike is so smooth and feels so light.

The 675 is a nice ride as well if you like Eurotrash bikes.

not completely true... if you damage a 600rr tank you'll have to replace the tank AND the tank fairing

Hoy. You wanna trade your RC for my 03RR plus cash (depending on your RC's condition, that is)? LMK, always wanted an RC and no better time than now to upgrade.

Yeah thats true but usually the first one to get damage is the plastic cover while for the aluminum tank when you crash it'll be dented. The good thing about the newer jap bikes is you can get the whole set fairing cheap on ebay. The quality might be less compare to the eom but i can deal with that rather than paying the full retail of the eom plastic
