The extent of the damage goes past financial loss to the realm of criminal activity.

Two of you have engaged in "private message" communications through my website. Included in these communications were evidence of criminal activity pertaining to illegal multimedia piracy.

The MPAA has contacted me regarding these messages and has indicated these messages were tied to several cinema related piracy criminal acts.

If you fail to come forward, the MPAA will be forced to subpoena the individuals who I think may be responsible.

Again, I apologize for those not involved, but as you can see, this is a very urgent matter that is completely out of my control which could possibly lead to some hefty fines or even jail time on my end if I fail to comply.
