Treatable as it can be kept under control. Usually though the treatment causes other damage. i.e. Dialysis.

No profit it cures, only profits in treatment. How does a drug dealer stay in business if they only give you a drug once .

Last I heard HIV was near undecetable in his blood they have it treated so well.

As much as people not want to believe it, this is not true. Doctors/Scientist devote their lives to finding a cure. They want their patients to be healthy as their is an overabundance of sick people. So much so that it drains the system. But please feel free to keep your tinfoil hat on.

If magically, all the leading doctors and scientist were infected with AIDS, I believe we would have a cure in less than a year . Motivation is a powerful thing.

most HIV patients who's being treated don't have enough hiv antibodies in their blood to be detected. How do I know this? I'm a doctor.
