So I went to Byron this past saturday to ride my newly acquired 09 Kawasaki KX250F. The track is alot of fun. Lots of elevation changes and lots of decent jumps. The biggest one seems to be about a 60ft table top. It's beginner friendly yet not so easy like FVOR that you'd get bored.

Yup. I just put my new stickers on to make sure I look like I don't know what I'm doing.

Brand new '07. This thing rips compared to my YZ125 too. I should be noticeably more scared on this.

It varies, but mine should go for somewhere around $1500 I would guess. I'll post up when it is ready for sale and I have pics and a price.

Yep. The thing sounds mean. I took it out in my backyard a bit and ripped up the grass in second gear without really realizing it until my wife started screaming like the sky was falling. Jeez wait til she sees the pump track and the doubles I am putting in.

My 2000 CR250 will be for sale soon. I'll probably ask $1500 for it. It's got $900 worth of new MX Tech suspension on it, set up for a rider that weighs 230 fully geared up.

That's about what a decent used 125 would be selling for as well.

you can shave the seat down you short bastard. I hear the 2006 YZ125 is most excellent.

My KTM 125 is taller than my Honda 250. A 250 will be wider but not necessarily taller than a 125.

With that said, Jack's 250F or a 125 would probably be a better choice for a first bike than my 250 2 stroke.
