has anyone ever come across this dude before?
http://ferrariguyforhire.com he hangs out around north ave. beach a lot. used to see him posing in front of his car in the all the time. but this?! good lord. who would want to be stuck riding around with him for a couple hours? oooh, but wait. it get's better. he gives driving lessons for $200/hr. lmfao.
