I know. I really did give him every chance possible to show me he wasn't a deadbeat. I think this guy will be effecitve in getting your money back, problem is he charges as much as you are due to collect for his services. Just like using a lawyer, it is a lose lose situation for you .

I still have all my friends I have borrowed money from, not just because I paid them back in a timely manner but they also insisted for collateral which I agreed to no problem.
