the client we are currently working with sucks donkey balls.

last night at 9pm, they asked us to come in at 7am to do some "urgent" crap. then at 1am, they sent an email to one of our managers saying, "nevermind, we won't need you until 10am." that manager was of course at home and sound asleep, so did not get the email until he got here at 7am along with the rest of us.

so now we are all sitting around staring at each other with nothing to do, cursing these clients for dragging us out of bed at this ungodly hour.

they must be korean or at least asian. that's how asian clients treat their vendors on a daily basis and i've been on the shit covered end of the stick many a time. if they ARE asian you ain't seen NOTHING yet.

funny that you say that we already had a client/vendor relationship in a way. I made her drag Heather and I all over the place for a good month to find our current home. I then asked her if we were good customers and if we didn't take to long being it was our first time and all. She just kinda grinned and said uh yeah!

imagine how i feel, i have the fobs, the twinkies and then the whities. i got sick of it years ago so i don't even celebrate it anymore. i just disappear for a week or so and then everyone just says "sorry i missed your bday, where were you?"

Ahh well, as long as i get to punch him then i am ok.

lol. aw, c'mon now. you guys were awesome and i really did enjoy working with you. and no, you didn't take too long. srsly. (i do have some horror stories from previous clients if you ever want to hear them). showing houses and doing searches is actually fun for me...working with friends is the icing. i wish to god i could go back to real estate full time. damn economy messin' everything up.
