Under200 from CLSB was kind enough to let me ride his Speed Triple. What a nice ride. Very comfy riding position with a greatvery torquey engine. Sitting position is a little high for my tastes but not too bad. But it really sealed the deal. No more supersports for me. The GSX-R 750 will go on sale next season. I need to decide what to get next season.

The roads in Illinois suck for trying to have fun on a full on sportbike. I've ridde n the same 3 "decent" roads 1000s of times. I don't have time to take a whole day every weekend to ride to WI in search of good roads. I don't have the money to do more than 1 or 2 trackdays a year. I'm going motard .

That will change her mind. Last weekend my girlfriend was questioning why I need to have 5 motorcycles. It's impossible to explain that to someone who doesn't ride or have any hobbies similar to riding. |

Hahaha I get that all the time with my bicycles. Funny thing is, I just got her a hybrid to start riding a little. She's ridden it a total of 4 times so far, and already she said she might like a regular road bike. So I ride like a few hundred miles a week for 10 years and have 8 bikes, and she's ridden 4 times in her life and wants another. Needless to say I won that one.
Oh yeah, back to the Triumph. I want to ride a 675 sometime to see how I like that. I bet I would love it. |

I am starting to like the Buell 1125 more and more everytime I ride it. 149 hp and brakes that can stop a truck Plus the thing is very very comfortable.

I love my D675. Best bike I've owned so far. If I were to rank my bikes in order of most favorite, it would go like this:
1) Daytona 675 2) R6 3) R1 |

I would rank my list as follows. Never should have gotten rid of my F4i.
1) 2006 GSX-R 750 2) 2001 F4i 3) 2005 600RR 4) 2005 R1 |
