initially it was limited to login. then yesterday i couldn't get into the open forum to save my soul.....for like 2 minutes anyway. and when i posted this thread, it took over a full minute just to post the thread...it just sat there. i was trying other sites and they seemed quick so i blamed the site and not my cookies. i'll clean all my stuff up and see if it makes a difference
