Old and busted:
New hotness: 
Just picked her up this weekend (http://www.nesba.com/TrackTalk/bb/Forum4/HTML/007450.html). 2006 R6, huge mod list including Ohlins Road & Track forks 
Like an idiot I rode it w/o checking it first and found out the fucking axle and pinch bolts weren't tightened down properly from the previous owner since he just redid the fork oil and I came back from a track session w/ the axle sticking out over an inch

High or mid 1:13's at Blackhawk I think I can do. I was in low 15's last time I raced there on the 636 and can definitely identify places where I can cut another second and a half... so far the damned R6 feels like crap though but I only rode it at Iowa Speedway w/ springs in the front that are way too soft for me and that track has nothing but slow corners. Hopefully it feels better after I respring it and fuck around some more with the suspension.
I don't see how its possible to go lower than 1:12's on a 600 at Blackhawk though... guys running 10's and 9's even are nuts, I can't even imagine how a lap like that would feel. What I really want to do next time is get down to high 16's on my SV... now that would be an accomplishment When you gonna show up at the races? |

RA I don't have a freaking clue. The last time I was there I just got bumped to I group w/ NESBA and I was running all of 2:57's on a 600. Heading out in a couple hours though so we'll find out. I'm going to get owned in LW though w/ my 100% stock motor
