but let me just stop you right there I was fucking cold when I was 165lbs when I got out of the military and in perfect fitness all the way up to when I was 300lbs. Things just don't comfy for me until the temp hits 75.

Muscle creates the heat. Fat insulates it in. In the summer time go hug a fat person that has been sitting by the AC. They feel cool to the touch.

Your metabolism is very slow and does not process calories well. This causes your to feel cool.

try again Dr. assume I've had my Metabolism tested it is in fact quite healthy. I have a Dr. who's very interested in my metaolism and how it does and doesn't work.
