I have already seen the resolution in case the ban is overturned. Saftey course, background checks, gun locks, insurance, ... etc. I am curious as to how everything will be implemented.

sounds like current local statues are unconstitutional. chicago will have to re-write the laws and then we'll probably go thru this shit again. i would imagine a small group will be allowed handguns.

Also considering that all gun shops are in the burbs, none of them will require that Chicagoans register their weapons. They will say fuck Chicago and their legislation.
