i read during the michael vick case that the feds don't pursue criminal charges unless they are 90-95% sure they will win. i'm gonna say he goes to prison and bunks next to george

They suicide him before he talks. And yes the feds have something in the high 90s conviction rate. Fitzgerald is well known for his record.

He has 24 counts against him, so I have a tough time believing he will be acquitted of all 24 counts. They will at least get him for conspiring to take a bribe.
