If so, that juror is like me. I would have played like I would be fair and just, and then all day long "Not Guilty, inconclusive evidence" lol They would hate me. Then I would say "Anyone for Chinese today?, I will take some sweet and sour chicken"

5 years in Illinois prison is more like 25 months. Or even less.

it is federal law that federal convicts spend a minimum of 85% of their sentencing in prison. that's equal to 51 months for a 60 month sentence.

I would tell everyone there, I will never vote guilty, so either you all change your vote to not guilty or declare it a mistrial . Unless you Jack Buer torture my ass, I wouldn't change my vote. Black folks have a hard time giving someone serious time in jail for this crap when there are murderers, rapists, child molesters, and cop killers on the street. The priorities are all fucked up here. Who is Blago going to hurt. My rule of thumb is if you didn't hurt anyone, there was no damn crime.
