this past saturday, i stopped by cobra lounge in the city and caught the tail end of their bike/car show. thought i'd share a few pictures. this scruffy track bike was propped up against the wall. not sure if they drove the thing there, pushed it, or trailered it in. "nutsack racing" has gotta be one of the more amusing names for a race team i've seen in a while.

and this fellow on a rebel with ape-hangers did an amazingly sweet burnout.

is cobra lounge a biker bar?
my friend knows the owner and always tells me to go but i never do. how is that place?

you should check it out! its not really a biker bar per say, but its biker friendly. i think they have a regular bike night, but i'm not sure which day. i like the place. it has a cool interior, their food is good, and the music is agreeable to me (mostly punk and rock). they have bands play in the back room, too. i think i've seen naked raygun there about 3 or 4 times over the past year.

that is totally do-able. its definitely a place to keep in mind for post city night ride, since their kitchen in open late.

I haven't been to this place in a couple of months. I am up for a little posin on the Duc. I remember that nut sack racing from about 7 years ago. A guy named Squirrel was on that team I beleive
