I ran around my bro's subdivision and all I see are houses being built and SOLD signs. Homes are being built as fast as they can go up still. Good job Obama.

Yeah the people here are mostly transplants. People can really stretch their dollar over here. It's insane what you can get for $250K here.

Most of it was in the Detroit, Flint, Pontiac and surrounding areas I am sure. These were the areas most affected by the downfall of American motors.

It's been a beautiful 75 and 80 degrees all week. It's even cooler up in the higher elevation where my brother lives.

I laughed when my bro told me it was 90 and humid in Chicago.

Been looking at houses and it's hit or miss. Certain subdivisions have entire streets of homes for sale. Other subdivisions are full of Sold homes being built.

Found my dream home for $550K asking price. This thing occupies almost an entire city block.
