i keep hearing about rahm emanuel throwing his hat into the chicago mayoral race. why would he consider leaving chief of staff at the white house to run chicago?

Alderman Tunney is a good guy and is a very good Alderman from what I hear. He walks around Lakeview cleaning the streets himself because he takes pride in his neighborhood. He has my vote if he decides to run.
