Are you that fucking proud? Can someone please explain to me why any other people I've encountered on the sidewalk can scoot over and SHARE the sidewalk but these guys can't?

I wouldn't blame that on any certain culture, just wannabe thugs in general. They're showing how "badass" they are by not moving out of your way. There's plenty of white trash trailer park kids putting on their thug act that would do the exact same thing.
