I am so pissed off that I am at work right now, and having to smell the guy smoking in the suite next door. I had a meeting with the owner of the building today and he said there's nothing more he can do. PERFECT! That means I have to sit here and enjoy my fucking migraine and there's nothing I can do about it. What ever happened to working in a smoke free environment?!

In the meeting I had about this yesterday, they are already in the process of trying to evict the guy, but since he's a one man business, they won't be able to kick him out in the middle of winter. They're looking at probably 6 months before he's gone.

They also have posted signs, had him sign agreements that he know's it's illegal, but since we can't kick him out, what's really stopping him from doing it? I was told that I can call the dept of health but they have to prove that he's smoking before they can fine him. If I smell it today I'm knocking on his door and talking to him about it. He's a fuckin old guy too so he doesn't really care what anyone else has to say.

If there wasn't that whole scare of being arrested, I would love to pull the fire alarm and just tell the Fire Dept that I smelled smoke. Let the police take care of the rest.
