just people who make no sense in general and get mad at others for doing the obvious. like guys who bring their girls to bars. now the girl may dress up for their guy, but you see a girl like that in the bar and youre like holy shit. so you go hit on her, and then the guy has small dick syndrome and you two get into it for mackin on his skank. or maybe she really is a whore and when his back is turned dancing up on other guys n shit.

that doesnt really fit the whole wanting to notice but not compliment, but it fits the underlying issue.
