they'be been boiled if they slide off instead of being smoked and slow cooked for a half a day or more. if you boil the meat all the good stuff gets washed away in the water.
stl ribs are good, i like em. cheaper? shit i like rib tips, how much cheaper can you get than that? and as commercialized as carsons is they are some of the best ribs in my book

STL ribs are an acquired taste. They're actually pretty good at Smoque compared to other places. Sweet Baby Rays has some decent STL style ribs as well. Truly good ribs should not slide off the bone. It takes a little bit of work for the good ones. Ribfest wasn't given the thumbs up by me because the taste of the ribs did not outweigh the hassle of eating there.

Karaoke Restaurant on california and devon has private rooms you can rent as a group. i went there last year for my b-day and had a blast. i'm sure there are a lot of other similar or better options, but here you go...

Wait a minute... is that Courtil Karaoke inside the little strip mall deal? Wow, you really do get yourself around the asian haunts don't yah? That place has been there forever and is not a restaurant. If you ate their food then you most likely got food poisoning. Although they've buying from the place right next door lately from what I've heard. There's an ok BBQ restaurant in the same strip mall. Korean BBQ!
