i need suggestions on how to correct the issues which are so bad for everyone. i'd rather not go back to the old look and feel. i'm looking at the abhorent amount of newlines around the quoting. i never touched that stuff before so i'm not sure why it's highlighted with this change.

already removed the who is online from the post list. i don't see why it is making things bad on the other pages. state a valid reason why it should be moved. if i agree then i will change it.
