When Ben Bostrom was 14 years old in 1995, I'm sure he still called them mommy and daddy. 14, or 21, whatever your math skillz tell you. I'm sure he still calls them that. I got the 14 from your post on the podium photo on your facebook page. I guess I misunderstood your humor maybe? Oh well, we all make mistakes. He was born in 1974 after all (I just looked that up).
"He was 14 and still a good 10 inches taller than you."
Creepy, huh?

Not at all, you are just interpreting that incorrectly. It's OK, we all make mistakes. Just following your lead Kenners. I see you are leading me down the wrong path now though.

I wouldn't say I was jealous, but I just didn't have the funds to continue pissing money away. And it's Bentley. Thanks, unlike some, I appreciate the correction. It just seemed like you were jealous just because you mentioned it. It seems like you really have it out for people who accomplish something with mom and dad's money.

I don't want to revisit the old days, it will just make me sad how washed up I am. I did a few pro races in '97, but I didn't have mommy and daddy to back me, and I ran out of money. I did do Phoenix, Laguna, RA, Daytona, Mid Ohio, and a few others I think. What racers are you jealous of that had mommy and daddy's money?
Here is some wanna be trivia for you. Mike Hailwood's dad paid his way early on. He showed up to the club races in a Bently regularly. But once he started winning as a pro, he paid Stanley back every penny.

I have a hero's wall to remind me of how pathetic my life is, it would be great to have a reminder from you when I am crying in my beer at night thinking about how slow I am on a motorcycle and how sad my life is because I chose not to race. You can bid for one on eBay like everybody else. Were all your races in CCS or did you do any pro races? And if so, how did you do? I am curious, my last post was meant to be funny. I'm done with all this. Let the good times roll!

No way, Ken would crush me. He's better at everything. And if you don't already know that he'll tell you. And if you forget, he'll remind. Hell, he'll remind you anyway. LOL
